Publication of information about the exclusion from Cyprus Registrar of Companies for non-payment of levy fee

New information came from the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official receiver of Cyprus in relation to the annual corporate fee (levy)

We hereby bring to Your attention that the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official receiver (“RoC”) dated 15 December 2016 in accordance with article 327 (3) (c) of Chapter 113, announces that on 22 September 2017, he began the quarterly publication of companies which were excluded from the Registrar, in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus.

In this paper will be published information about the companies that were excluded from the register of companies of the Republic of Cyprus in connection with the failure to pay the annual corporate fee (Levy). The newspaper will do a quarterly publication for all companies which have not paid the annual fee (article 391 of the companies Act , Chapter 113) within one year from the date of the mandatory payment of this fee.
In particular, this applies to those companies that have not paid annual fee for each of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015.

We inform you that the paper is published in the Greek language.

In order to verify your company in respect of  the subject of payment of levy, you can go through the link of the Registrar of companies of the Republic of Cyprus: Company Search . In the search window you need to enter the name or registration number of the company. If the company ever been in the registry, that information will be reflected. In the column "organization status" is information about the activity of the company or its strike off. Next, if you choose the company that appears in the list  and click on it, you will see the tab "statement of annual company fee", which states  information about the year and status of paiment.
